2) What this policy covers

This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Kallin AI mobile application and related services, including our backend Server. The app is intended for restaurant businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

3) Data we collect

• Account and profile data: name, username, email, phone, restaurant name,main menu , location, description, plan/subscription status.
• Authentication data: hashed credentials on our servers; JWT access tokens stored on-device (SharedPreferences) to maintain sessions.
• Restaurant content: menu text and images you upload.
• Order and transaction data: order items, amounts, order status, customer details (name, phone, email, address as provided by your customers), receipt details, timestamps.
• Device and technical data: device identifiers limited to push token (FCM token), app version, and basic diagnostics necessary to operate the service.
• Communications: messages sent to our support team via in‑app forms or email.

4) Sources of data

• Directly from you (registration, profile updates, menu uploads, support requests).
• From your use of the app (orders, subscription management, notifications).
• Automatically collected technical data limited to what is necessary for core functionality (e.g., FCM token).
