While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to generate your professional logbook reports, including:

This information is stored locally on your device via SharedPreferences and is only used to populate the header of your generated PDF reports.

The App is designed to log medical procedures. You may input:
- Patient Initials/Name (We recommend using anonymized identifiers)

All such data is stored locally on your device. We do not upload, sync, or transmit this data to any external server or cloud service.

The App generates PDF reports of your procedures. To facilitate this, the App may require access to your device’s file storage to write temporary files for sharing or printing purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data solely for the purpose of:
- Providing the Service: Generating accurate endoscopy logbook entries and PDF reports.
- Persistence: Saving your history so you can review past procedures within the App.
3. Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage: All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device.
- No Cloud Sync: We do not maintain a backend server, and we do not sync your data to the cloud.
- Security: Since data is stored on your device, the security of your data relies on the security of your device (e.g., device passcode, biometric lock). We recommend keeping your device secure to protect patient data.
